Trophy Guide & Roadmap

If you prefer to watch a video instead of reading the guide, feel free to do so. If you like and subscribe, it would mean a lot to this channel!

Step 1 - Multiplayer Trophies

You need 4 controllers for this step, or some other way of adding 4 players into the game (Remote Play or PS4 Controllers can be used as well), due to the fact that you need to play with three friends for "4 Players". The trophy will unlock right at the start of the race. Afterwards you can quit out. Playing with four players won't unlock "2 Players" automatically, so you have to do one more race with just two logged in profiles.

Trophies in this step:

2 Players
Play with a friend
Requires 2 controllers (Remote Play or PS4 Controllers can be used as well). Trophy unlocks right at the start of the race
4 Players

Requires 4 controllers (Remote Play or PS4 Controllers can be used as well). Trophy unlocks right at the start of the race

Step 2 - Hard Rocks Race

The game gives you plenty of time with 3:25. Therefore you can go for "Drifter" as well so you don't need to replay this race.

Trophies in this step:

Drifter
Drift for 4 seconds
The 4 seconds are not cumulative and the track gets tighter towards the end. Just approach the first corner from the outside lane, tap L2 and steer hard towards the inside of the corner. Doing so, you will initiate a drift and with that angle you should be able to unlock it right away. If you need visual reference take a look at the video.
Arcade Hard Rocks
Finish Race
Unlocks automatically when you're going for "Hard Rocks Best Time"

Complete the race in 3:25
It's plenty of time and it is doable in combination with "Drifter" even on the first try. The controls of this game can act a bit strange but nothing to worry about.

Step 3 - Lost Ruins Race

Like in the previous step, the time to beat is forgiving enough to grab another trophy along the way. This time it's "Jump!", so you don't need to waste your time on replaying the race.

Trophies in this step:

Jump!
Jump for 4 seconds
Other than "Drifter", the four seconds are cumulative for this one. To increase airtime use to boost up some hills before you jump. When you unlocked the trophy try to avoid long jumps, because they make the car harder to control.
Arcade Lost Ruins
Finish Race
Unlocks automatically when you're going for "Lost Ruins Best Time"

Complete the race in 3:15
You don't need to care about the unlockable cars. Juggernaut will get you through all three races with ease

Step 4 - Faster + Dinosaur Canyon Race

Before we head to the final race, it's recommended to use the newly unlocked Rhino to grab "Faster" which can be done easily on the first straight of Lost Ruins. With that one in the bag it's time to capture the remaining trophies and a new platinum.

Trophies in this step:

Faster
Exceeds 250 Km/h
Rhino gets unlocked after winning at Lost Ruins. This car makes it easy to reach 250km/h right on the first "straightaway" of Lost Ruins. Just use your boost during a longer jump and it should reach the required speed.
Arcade Dinosaur Canyon
Finish Race
Unlocks automatically when you're going for "Dinosaur Canyon Best Time"
Dinosaur Canyon Best Time
Complete the race in 4:00
4:00 are more than enough. Juggernaut is once again the recommended car to do this and as there are no other trophies to worry about, it shouldn't be much of a challenge.
