Skate Story

The game features a lot more than 18 decks. We can buy a lot of them from Giftshops in each depth (2-4 per shop) and collect some more while skating through the depths. Most of them cost between 499 and 799 souls. Make sure to purchase both decks in the first depth, because we can't revisit this area. Working through the story and dealing with some obelisks and moonlit spots along the way should easily give you enough souls to get all the required number of decks.

In most chapters we can some additional decks. One can be collected in chapter 5 near the penguin's store. In chapter 4 we can pick up 3. One is hiding in plain sight under a little roof, another one is given to us by a skeleton. Interact with both large orange skeletons to spawn one near the portal (the one that opens up after dealing with the laundry), it's holding a skateboard in its hand. Just interacting with this skeleton unlocks the deck. The third one of chapter 4 is given to us by the little bee that tells us where to find a pair of scissors. As soon as we obtain the scissors, we are able to cut a blue flower off of a statue. Give this flower to the bee to get a new deck in return.

These 4 boards in addition to all those in the different Giftshops, should be sufficient for this trophy.

Stickers can either be found in the open areas of each chapter or bought in each Giftshop after the first one. The price for a single sticker is 25 souls. If you collect some of the decks outside the Giftshops you should have right around 2500 souls left after unlocking Deck Collector and finishing chapter 5. Use your souls to buy as many stickers as necessary. Most sticker machines offer 4 different stickers. We can have a maximum of 10 per sort in our inventory. The game allows us to buy more but that's just a waste of money. To avoid that loss of money I'd recommend to buy 20, put them on the board and repeat the process until the trophy pops. We can put stickers on our board by interacting with the little pillar near the Giftshop entrance.

In general we can stomp combos by pressing in mid-air. The best spots to perform combos over 99,999 are the bossfights where we have to reach a certain temperature or while being on stage in chapter 7. On those occasions we are on a timer and we can't leave the area until it runs out, therefore it's recommended to use the time. The fastest way to rack up points is grinding.

During chapters 3 & 8 we come across perfect farming spots on the story path. The best one is most likely the one in chapter 3. At some point early on in the chapter we have to do the laundry and then skate through multiple portals. One portal automatically spawns us near deadly blue bushes. Skating into one of these will shatter our skater and let us respawn with full speed right behind the portal again. There you can quickly rack up 500 shatters if you like. If you want to get them later, you'll fin a similar spot in chapter 8. It's a bit slower and the bushes are red instead of blue but it still works fast enough.

This trophy alone will take you roughly 4-5 hours, depending on how many tricks you performed while playing the game. During chapter 9 we have to go back to Skater's Dream. Use this area to perform tricks until the trophy pops. If you want to finish the story first, make a backup save in the cloud, because finishing the game won't allow you to get back to this area and set the tricks counter back to 0. To make things easier you can enable the Auto-Trick feature in the Accessibility settings. This feature allows us to perform tricks by simply pressing .

This may not be important for you, if you play an updated version, but I experienced a lot of freezes while farming tricks for about 10 minutes. If that happens to you, wait for the next autosave, close the application and restart the game. It was the only way to get rid of the freezes in the version I played.
