Three options for a new teen to play will be presented to you following the first episode. Choosing the person with the most money and energy to begin with is usually the best course of action.
When traveling with other characters, you will occasionally be given the choice to stay with them for a little while longer or to leave. Staying with them for a longer period of time will not result in any penalties, but leaving early will use more energy. You will be arrested and that character's playthrough will end if the bar runs out of energy. Always keep an eye out for food or drinks, preferably of high quality, but even rotten food from trash cans can be useful to survive a run.
You'll encounter Jarod several times during the six playthroughs. Although there are other ways to meet him, you will typically do so after requesting a cab. Jarod struggles with anger management, and if you set his "cold anger" meter too high or otherwise irritate him, you risk dying.
When you wake up in Walk the Dinosaur, you'll discover that the taxi has stopped. That's your chance to lean forward and peek at his VHS recordings. Don't play the song "Lola" or, at the very least, don't confess to playing it during the next car ride because you run the risk of making him extremely angry.
During Enjoy the Silence, lean forward as soon as you can and use the car's center console to unlock the doors when Jarod briefly gets out of the tax. Then, turn to your right and run out your door. Other than leaving the game in time and starting that chapter over, you won't have any chance of surviving that run if you remain in the car for more than the sixty seconds allotted. But be aware that one of the collectable tape is usually located in the passenger seat.
Homesick
Call Home
MISSABLE In random locations throughout the game, you'll encounter payphones that offer several options, such as calling a taxi or dialing a general number. To earn the "Call Home" trophy, you'll need $1. Approach a payphone and select the "Call home" option. This will cost $1, triggering a short conversation.
An easy way to find a phone is to check when you're given travel options to leave a location. If the taxi travel option is available, it means there's a phone at that location that you can use for the trophy.

Cat Person
Pet the cat in the trailer park
MISSABLE In the first episode, you'll play through a chapter called Smells Like Teen Spirit. You'll arrive at the Night Skies Campground, the same location where you first meet Zoe.
As you enter the area, look to the right and you'll see a lady sitting in a rocking chair with a cat on her lap. When you approach, she'll signal you with a “Psst.” Engage in conversation with her and once the conversation ends, the option to “Pet cat” will appear. Be sure to select it to unlock this trophy
Road Pals
Meet Zoe for the first time
Shortly after entering the main area of Smells Like Teen Spirit, you'll hear a man and a woman arguing on the left side of the campgrounds. As you approach, the game will trigger a pop-up indicating that you've met Zoe.
A Light in the Darkness
Blow the fire
MISSABLE After exploring the area and falling asleep, Zoe will wake you up and invite you to sit with her by the fire. At the beginning of the conversation, just under the fire, there should be a prompt to "Blow on the fire". Select it as soon as it appears.
This trophy is easily missable as the prompt for it is easily overlooked, and you must make sure to select it before talking to Zoe, otherwise you miss your chance and will have to try again in a new game.

Call & Donate to the Florres or Tyrak Campaign Funding
MISSABLE Supporting a political campaign costs $11. If you want to support Florres call 96-777. To support Tyrak call 96-555. But keep in mind that we need money to buy some of the tapes needed for Collect 'em all or for food to survive the run. Therefore it is recommended to go for this trophy with enough money to spare. If you're having trouble finding a phone booth, please check my video on it for some guaranteed locations.
Help a Friend
Help Zoe to escape from the cops
MISSABLE There are two different solutions for this one. The way shown in my related video doesn't require any of the unlockable skills which means it can be used by everyone at any time. The chapter is called Fire Starter. The alternative solution requires the lockpicking skill as well as the hacking or omen vitality skill.
Stone After Stone
Add at least 3 rocks on Road 96's cairn
MISSABLE Everytime we reach Road 96 at the end of a playthrough we need to pass through a cave. There we can add a stone to a cairn. The trophy unlocks after doing so in 3 different playthroughs. If you accidentally destroy the cairn, close the game immediately. After reloading the game, you should be back at the beginning of the chapter.

MISSABLE Important information: Every new game is randomly generated which means your experience will most likely be different. The related video shows 20 possible locations where tapes can be found. Just keep looking around wherever you are.
