New Monopoly

All trophies that require multiple human players can be done with a single controller. For some trophies later on we need to collect the following tokens on the Living Board during this step:

Pole Position

Be the first player at the start of the match.

The fastest way to get this trophy is through 1-vs-1 matches. We just have to roll a higher number than our opponent. This will probably happen automatically on the way to platinum. If you want to force it here, just restart the match right away if you don't start the match first.

Field Trip

Find a token in the Living city using the Explore option.

We can find and collect tokens while exploring the Living Board. Take a look at the list above to know where to find the ones we need. The first one unlocks the trophy.

No more Money!

Declare bankruptcy.

After you collected all tokens you can quit out of the game by choosing "Go bankrupt" in the Options menu. Doing so unlocks this trophy.

Game 2 - Three Quick Trophies

In our second game we quickly unlock three trophies in a match against two other human players.

Fancy Flippers

Play a match with the penguin, top hat and either the roller skates or shoe tokens.

After collecting at least the top hat and the penguin, we can start a match with the tokens from the description. Make sure they are all human players for the next two trophies.

Speedy Monopolist

Win a match within 15 minutes.

Right after starting a game with only human players, make everyone go bankrupt so that Player 1 wins the match quickly.

Game 3 - Architect

Dreadful Start

Land on Income Tax square on your first turn.

This trophy is completely luck-based. We either need to roll a 4 or a 7 and pull the chance card that moves us back three steps. This has to be done on the first roll of a game. If it doesn't happen, just restart the game, it's a little faster than saving and reloading.

Good Start

Buy a property.

Buying our first property unlocks this trophy. This happens naturally on our way to Underdog.

Lucky Draw

Get more than M100 from a Chance or Community Chest card.

Here is another luck-based trophy. There are multiple cards that give us more than M100. If you don't unlock the trophy in this game, you can still get it in one of the other games. You can't force it anyway, and you have to visit every chance and community square at least once while working on Globe Trotter.

Underdog

Win a match with the Fast mode goal "Architect", while someone else only needs another house to win the match.

This is easiest with two human players. Both players need a complete set of properties. Money can be saved if each property is purchased via auction for M15. If Player 2 has a complete set, build one house on two properties. Unless Player 2 has the dark blue or brown set, in which case you only need to build one house. Player 1 must then complete a set (unless it isn't complete alraedy) and place a house on each property to win the game. The important thing here is the order in which we build houses.

Game 4 - 6-player Game

For our fourth game we want to play with 6 human players while all of them select an animal as their token.

Sniper Shot

During the dice throw make each die hit a token.

At the start of every game we have to roll the dice to determine who starts first. In a game with six players, this trophy is fairly easy to obtain. Just aim the dice in the direction of the other five tokens and roll them into the group. They should hit at least two different tokens, thus unlock the trophy.

Precocious

Collect rent from a player, while they have not completed a full circle around the board.

To reduce the luck factor on this trophy, we can earn it the easy way during a game with six human players. This way it doesn't matter who goes first. Make sure to start an auction with every property the other tokens land on and let Player 1 win the auction. This will eventually lead to the trophy, because one token lands on a square Player 1 alraedy owns.

Zoology

Play a match with 6 players, each player token must be an animal.

After collecting the listed tokens in our first game, we can deal with this one. Tokens like Cat, Dog and Rabbit are available from the start. Add those to the Penguin, Rubber Duck and Turtle and you can give all six players a matching token. If you want to combine the trophy with the two above, you can then bankrupt all players except player 1 as soon as both popped to obtain this trophy.

Game 5 - Game Against AI

Normally, that would be quite a strenuous undertaking. Fortunately, however, there is the Real Estate Agent game mode.

One of Us

Win a game against 5 AI players.

Set up a game of Real Estate Agent and set the AI to "Very Easy". To win a game in this mode with 6 players, we just need to own four different properties. Make a manual save before your turns to ensure you never land on a square you can't buy. This way you can quickly reload and roll again. The AI on this difficulty sometimes tends to start auctions when they land on a property and they never bid more than the original purchase price. Take advantage of that and you should win the game within 5-10 minutes.

Game 6 - Buying all houses

To make things easier it's recommended to start a 4-Player game with 4 human players and the "Property Improvements" house rule.

Investory

Build a house.

We can build houses when we own all properties of the same color. However, the house rule "Property Improvements" allows us to build houses on single properties as well. You'll earn this trophy naturally on the way to Out of Stock.

Ewww, gross

In a match with at least 3 players, acquire a property that has been owned by every other player in the game.

This is pretty impossible to obtain with AI opponents, but very easy with human players. Buy a property as Player 2, trade it to Player 3, from there trade it to Player 4 and finally trade it to Player 1 to unlock the trophy.

Great Income

Collect more than M500 rent during a single match.

While working on Out of Stock, Player 1 eventually gets some properties. Build 4 houses on each of them (given you can afford them). At some point one of the other players gets to one of those properties and has to pay rent. From the pink streets onwards, 4 houses should be enough to get M500 with a single visit.

Out of Stock

Buy all the houses from the bank.

There are a total of 32 houses in the bank. With 4 human players and the "Property Improvements" house rule, try to distribute the properties equally between all players. We basically need 8 properties where we can build 4 houses on. If each player wins two properties via auction for M15 a piece, they should all be able to build enough houses. Just make sure to build the final house with Player 1. When the final house is getting sold an auction for it will start which we need to win in order to place it on Player 1's property.

Now we can Play

In a single match, have a hotel on two different color sets.

While preparing for Out of Stock you'll probably have two differently colored properties. Just build a hotel (technically a fifth house) on two of them. With the "Property Improvements" house rule we don't need to own two complete sets.

Pretty in Purple

Place a hotel on each property of the purple color set in a single match.

It is quite likely that with four players, you will land on all the pink squares more often than with two. Therefore, I would recommend tackling this trophy in this step as well. The three properties can be acquired by Player 1 through auctions or trades. Then, Player 1 just needs to place hotels on all three. Ideally, you should use a pink street for Now We Can Play.

Champion

Complete a match with 4 players, no AI.

When all of the trophies above are done or you don't want to complete more of them, declare bankruptcy with all players to end the match.

Your Way

Play a house rule match.

Should pop together with Champion. If you're not following this guide and just want to unlock this trophy quickly. Start a game with any house rule you like and go bankrupt right at the start.

Game 7 - Speed Die

Can't we go any Faster?

Throw a triple using the Speed Die.

This is yet another luck-based trophy that might drive you crazy if you trying to get it the legitimate way. First we need to get around the board once. Crossing the GO square gives us the Speed Die for one turn. Make a manual save as soon as you have it. From here it's just a matter of rolling the dice and reloading the game if it they don't end up as a triple. It can be done with a single roll but it can also take 30+.

Game 8 - The Globe Trotter Game

This game may take an hour plus. Our main goal is to land on every square at least once. Sadly there isn't much we can do to speed this up. If you managed to collect all trophies so far, this should be your last game before unlocking the platinum. Start a game with two human players and the following house rules: "Go and Movement", "Free Parking".

Sharing is Caring

Through a trade, have each player complete a color set.

With two human players, this trophy is very easy to achieve. Just make sure that both players have properties of the same two colors. Then all you have to do is trade them so that both players have a full set.

Collector

Own both utility buildings and all Train stations in a single match.

On our way to Globe Trotter we'll eventually land on all six squares required for this trophy. Just buy them as soon as you land there or trade them to Player 1 if you purchased them with Player 2.

Private Jet

Playing with the "Go and Movement" house rule, choose to move when landing on the Go square.

For this trophy we just need to land on the GO square with Player 1 and decide to move. Move to Free Parking if there is more than M800 in the pot (Subsidized Monopolist) or to any property you haven't landed on so far (Globe Trotter).

Subsidized Monopolist

With the Free Parking house rule, land on the Free Parking square and receive more than M800.

While going for Globe Trotter we have to land on Free Parking at least once. With the "Free Parking" house rule all taxes and fees from community/chance cards will be collected in a pot. Obviously, we have to land on the square before Player 2 in order to get the money. The "Go and Movement" rule is also very helpful here. The good news is that we don't have to get M800 with a single visit, we can also do it with several visits.
