Trophy Guide & Roadmap

Step 1 - Tape 1

Our main goal during all scenes of Tape 1 is to strengthen the friendships with Autumn, Nora and Kat to achieve the status of "New Friend" at least. Please take a look at Partners in Time, Breakfast Club and Dead Poets Society if you're looking for further information. We can see the friendship status at the end of the tape.

Schrödinger's Cat
[Tape 1] Gave your cat a name.
This is unmissable and will pop during the very first scene.
Gordon, it's 10:10am
[Tape 1] Examined the alarm clock at 10:10am.
At the start of Scene 3 it's alreday 10:07am. To get the trophy we just need to walk next to the alarm clock and interact with it as soon as it displays 10:10
Editor
[Tape 1] Reordered a Memoir.
After recording our cat for the first time, we can edit the memoir by pressing and then to reorder it.
Directorial Debut
[Tape 1] Watched your very first Memoir compilation.
This pops automatically after recording our cat for the second time. Just let the tape play out to unlock the trophy.
Memory Remix
[Tape 1] Replaced footage in a Memoir.
Recording the same thing twice allows us to replace footage. If you have footage that can be used as a replacement you'll see a "Replace" icon on the top left corner of it while editing the memoir.
Producer's Cut
[Tape 1] Deleted footage.
After replacing the footage for Memory Remix we need to go to the "Footage" tab and delete the recently replaced footage by highlighting it and pressing to pop this trophy.
Director's Cut
[Tape 1] Edited a Memoir after you've watched it's compilation.
To earn this trophy we just need to edit and reorder a memoir we already watched.
Documentary Filmmaker
[Tape 1] Captured a new subject in "Collectible Mode".
This is technically missable, if we complete all memoirs without ever using the "Collectible Mode". In order to not accidentally forget about this trophy I would recommend to finish scene 3 right after completing the "My Room" memoir and just replay this scene in "Collectible Mode" right away. If you do so, this trophy should pop after you have recorded the cardinal. At the same time Blank Tape should unlock as well.
Blank Tape
[Tape 1] Discovered your very first Collectible Memoir.
This is practically unmissable. After completing the memoir called "My Room" our cat spots a cardinal in the tree. Recording it or any other collectible footage unlocks this trophy.
Cinema Paradiso
[Tape 1] Marked 10 pieces of footage as favourites.
After collecting all optional footage in Scene 3 we should have access to 15 pieces of footage already. To mark one piece as a favourite we need to highlight it and press L3.
Chekhov's Gun
[Tape 1] Peeked into Autumn's stuff.
After a quick chat with the barkeeper in Scene 4, we need to go to the toilet to advance the story. But before going there, we can unlock this trophy by walking over to the last booth to our left.
Once More, With Feeling
[Tape 1] Reminisced ten different times.
This is hardly missable. There are so many items scattered throughout all these scenes that can be used to reminisce. If we interact with all of them that are close to our story path, we can unlock that during scene 4 already.
Critical Roll
[Tape 1] Rolled a natural 20.
During the fifth scene we have the opportunity to climb up to the roof of the Movie Palace. Up there is a big D&D table. To unlock this trophy we need to interact with the dice and roll it until the "20" is on top.
Dub and Dubber
[Tape 1] Imitated people on tape.
After or before rolling the dice for Critical Roll we can look down from the roof to backside of the Movie Palace. Down below is a couple we nned to record to collect footage. While doing so, Swann can imitate them. When she imitated both of them the trophy pops. it
Home Movie
[Tape 1] Completed your first Collectible Memoir.
If you collect all memoir footage in order, this trophy should unlock during Scene 5 where we complete three different collectible memoires.
Double Feature
[Tape 1] Completed 20% of all Collectible Memoirs.
If we record everything in order, we are able to unlock this trophy during Scene 6, where we have the opportunity to film Swann's friends for the first time.
Butterfly Effect
[Tape 1] Altered the story.
This trophy starts in Scene 6 after spotting Autumn's keys. There is a manhole next to it that we need to cover with a piece of cardboard. After this scene has concluded we are back in the diner where we can earn trophy by interacting with the keys on the table.
New Beginnings
[Tape 1] Completed "Autumn Lockhart, 1995".
This trophy pops automatically after completing scene 7 of tape 1. This is an important scene for Partners in Time.
Patient Zero
[Tape 1] Ate a dirty peanut.
During Scene 8, either before or after ordering a drink we can interact with the basket of peanuts on our right. The first time Swann will be hesitant to take one, but if we interact for a second time she'll eat one of the peanuts and thus unlock the trophy.
MOO!
[Tape 1] Made the moo box moo.
This trophy can only be done during Scene 9. The moo box is located on a "terrible toy" we need to record as a collectible. Examine and rotate the box until it makes a sound.
Heartbreak
[Tape 1] Removed lovelock from the fence.
While Swann and her friends shoot some footage in the woods, we'll come across the fence of Mikaelsen Ranch. It has a padlock attached to it that wen need to remove. The code to unlock it is 0827.
Jusant
[Tape 1] Completed a cairn.
This is another trophy related to Scene 10. In the area where we record the scenes for our Air Guitar memoir, is an access to the lake. On the right side of shore we can pick up a little stone and put it on top of the cairn to unlock the trophy.
Silent Protagonist
[Tape 1] Chose silence during three dialogues opportunities.
Some choices only lead to negative or neutral interactions so it's better to stay silent at some point. We just need to wait until the dialogue options fade away. You can decide freely where you want to work on this trophy. In case you'd like to get three definite moments, read on :) You can do it while talking to Swann's mom in the very first scene. Then in Scene 6 don't say "We're not strangers though!" because it would hurt the relationship between Swann and Autumn. Finally, during Scene 12 we get dialogue two options, both result in split reactions (negative & positive) so it's recommended to stay silent there as well.
Geez-o-Meow
[Tape 1] Pet your cat on two different days.
The first chance to pet Swann's cat occurs in Scene 3, where we'll find the cat on the trunk or a bit later on the bed. In Scene 14 we can pet it for the second time and therefore unlock the trophy after closing the trunk. If you don't unlock the trophy during Scene 14, there is another opportunity to pet the cat in Scene 19, just after recording Moth Girl.
Collector's Edition
[Tape 1] Completed 50% of all Collectible Memoirs.
The earliest point for this trophy to pop is in Scene 19 if you completed everything possible until then and finish filimg the memoirs for "Woodland Ruins".
Here's Mary!
[Tape 1] Went all the way through the Bloody Mary.
In Scene 20 we'll play Truth or Dare with the group. In the first round we don't really get to make a choice. On our second turn we need to pick 'Dare', then say 'Bloody Mary' 13 times in the shack
The Abyss
[Tape 1] Completed "The Abyss".
This trophy pops automatically after completing scene 21 of Tape 1.
Lights Out
[Tape 1] Turned off the power when using the bar's breaker panel.
The last missable trophy of Tape 1 is in Scene 24. At some point we need to turn the power back on to progress the story. Before we do so, we have to turn off all fuses to pop this trophy.
The Last Note
[Tape 1] Completed "...& Rage".
This trophy pops together with Tape 1: BLOOM, automatically after completing scene 25 of tape 1.

Step 2 - Tape 2

If you have achieved the "New friend" status for all three girls at the end of Tape 1 you're good to go. Tape 2 is mainly about playing the story while picking up some missable trophies along the way. We don't need to focus on the relationships anymore, at least not in terms of trophies.

Eye See You
[Tape 2] Revealed all the images from the Magic Eye book.
We can find the Magic Eye book in Swann's bookshelf during Scene 3. To get the trophy we just need to examine and rotate it.
Nailed it!
[Tape 2] Tried all shapes on the pin screen.
We need to work on this trophy in both tapes. In Scene 3, 14 or 19 of Tape 1 we need to select the options Face Shape, Rude Shape & Peace Sign Shape. In Scene 3 of Tape 2 we have the following options: Rage Shape, Abyss Circle Shape & Moth Shape. Once again we have to select every option once.
Screening Room
[Tape 2] Played back the concert video on your TV.
During Scene 3, we can rewatch our footage by interacting with the VHS player. The trophy pops when the video played for a couple of seconds.
I'll see you again in 27 years.
[Tape 2] Called the wrong number.
In Scene 1 of Tape 1, where Swann has a phone call with her mom, we can interact with a pamphlet. On there we will find a number. To get the trophy we have to call this number, 416-555-0175, in Scene 3 of Tape 2.
Dear Diary
[Tape 2] Examined all items in Swann's secret spot.
You may have noticed Swann's secret box under her bed in the previous act. In Act 2 it is filled with more stuff that we can examine. The trophy pops if we interact with all 8 items at least once during Scene 3.
Un-Unpacking
[Tape 2] Packed your box in less than 3 minutes.
To finish Scene 3 we need to pack a box. It's a nice little puzzle. If we solve it in less than 3 minutes, this trophy is ours.
Heart Event
[Tape 2] Found Pam's missing book.
Within Scene 4 we have the option to talk to Pam who sits on one of the cars in the parking lot. It's important to keep talking until she mentions a missing book. After the little chat is over we can find the book in the open dumpster all the way to the left of Pam.
Partners in Time
[Tape 2] Resolved Autumn's break down.
This trophy is the reson why we need to constantly increase our friendship level with Autumn during Tape 1. If we achieve the "New Friend" status (only visible after Tape 1), we need to make her stay with Swann in Scene 6. The third video in the linked playlist above shows how to do that and has a timestamp for the trophy.
90s Chic
[Tape 2] Changed outfits at every opportunity.
Every opportunity means we have to change outfits six times. Three times in Tape 1 (Scene 3, Scene 14 & Scene 19) by interacting with Swann's closet and three times in Tape 2. In Scene 3 we need to interact with the closet again, in Scene 5 is a chair with clothes on it on the left side in the cabin and in Scene 7 there is a bag of clothes opposite of Nora.
Breakfast Club
[Tape 2] Recounted the full infiltration to Nora.
This trophy is the reson why we need to constantly increase our friendship level with Nora during Act 1. Scene 8 is all about stealth. To get this trophy we need to make decisions to keep Swann and Nora undetected at first. To achieve that, tell Nora to hide behind the chair and move the wagon in front of Swann. After reaching the first checkpoint, show Kat that you need her help and walk towards the door to trigger a cutscene. Afterwards we need to move in sync with Corey while staying behind the bushes.
Dead Poets Society
[Tape 2] Supported Kat in her decision.
This trophy is the reson why we need to constantly increase our friendship level with Kat during Tape 1. Just play through the scene until she tells Swann that she wants to cut her hair. If our friendship level is high enough we'll get the chance to help her with that, thus unlocking the trophy in the process.
Lost and Found
[Tape 2] Completed "Pieces of Autumn Part 2".
This trophy pops automatically after completing scene 10 of Tape 2.
Free Spirit
[Tape 2] Gave Gertie some love.
Towards the end of Scene 12, we enter the stables where Gerdie is held. We just need to make sure to pet her before opening the barn door to advance the story.
Stand by Me
[Tape 2] Bonded with all the girls.
This trophy pops automatically after completing scene 14 of Tape 2.
The Pact
[Tape 2] Completed "Enter the Void".
This trophy pops automatically after completing scene 16 of Tape 2.
Complete Box Set
[Tape 2] Completed all Collectible Memoirs.
Watching a video is highly recommended for this trophy. Many collectible memoirs have multiple ways of completing them, which means there is more than one correct way. You'll probably only need a guide for the birds as the rest is quite easy to find if you keep using the camera frequently. We have to film birds (15), the water tower (4), Swann's cat (9), critters (6), things moving in place (6), hunting related stuff (8), scenic views (5), graffitis (10), strangers (7), bullies (7), Nora (10), Kat (10), Autumn (10), a forgotten playground (6), terrible toys (6), surroundings of the cabin (6), Mothgirl (6), spots of the concert area (7), stuff in Nora's garage during tape 2 (6), surrounding things of the infiltration (5), stuff in Kat's room (6) and finally the interior of the bar (6).

[Tape 2] Completed "Remember Me/Remember Us".
This trophy pops automatically after completing scene 18 of Tape 2.
Enter the Void
[Tape 2] Went down the abyss...
This trophy pops automatically after completing scene 19 of Tape 2.
Tape 2: RAGE
Completed Tape 2.
This trophy pops automatically after completing the epilogue of Tape 2.
Reunion
Obtained all trophies.
