Evasive prey
Not today!
You have to reach the first house in the first chapter without getting killed. Before jumping or moving into places where the ground is hidden by leaves, proceed with caution. You will not be killed by any enemies. Only traps. The log trap is most likely the biggest danger. A prompt telling you to press to sprint will appear on the screen. Suddenly, a log will fall behind you, and you will have to flee or risk being squashed. To have enough time to escape the log, you must respond to that prompt to sprint almost instantly. There, the timing is extremely precise.

What did you expect to see in there?
You will begin in the wilderness and come across a house during chapter one. You will be in a kitchen area once you climb through the window. There you'll have to open the refrigerator. Jump and then press to grab the handle while in the air to accomplish this.
Fair Prey
It's not murder if they're bad people... is it?
In the first house you enter in chapter one, you can pick up a coonskin cap. You must then defeat the hunter while sporting this hat.
Wild Kids
Nothing of us remains in the wilderness
Getting all four of the glitching remnants from Chapter 1 earns you this trophy. It's best to pay attention to these because you can get one if you miss it by using chapter select, but you'll have to play the chapter through to the point where the glitching is.
Foraged
Nature is a terrifying thing
Your reward for finishing the game's first chapter. Exploring some wilderness areas and a few abandoned buildings is the main focus of this chapter.
Referee!
Unorthodox, but they all count!
You will see a playground outside the school before entering. On the playground, there ought to be a football/soccer goal. There is a dumpster nearby, and on it is a circular object that resembles the outer layer of a ball and has a few holes in it. In actuality, this is one of the collectible hats. To unlock this trophy, put it on and run through the goal posts.
Fly Free
Rebellion at its finest!
In the second chapter, you will ascend a bed sheet rope and enter a school building. Enter the room on the left after going down the first hallway. Return to the entrance window of the building after picking up the paper plane. Pressing while facing the window will cause your character to toss the plane out of the window.
Bully of Bullies
Creative, efficient, brutal. Top of the class!
You will have to slip through a classroom in the middle of the school chapter, where the teacher is at the chalkboard and the students are seated at their desks. Three students will start chasing you if they notice you. You have to pass through a doorway on the right side of the room. There are shelves in the next room, but they will topple over if you try to climb them. The three students will be crushed by the falling shelves if you time it correctly.
Merciful feat
Tempting, so tempting...
A student wearing a dunce cap will be using chalk to draw all over the floor in the school chapter. They are attached to a post, as you can see if you look closely. In essence, each chalk drawing shows the area of danger where they could potentially reach you. Draw the children's attention and move to the left. Run to the pipe after letting him topple over. You should get it out of his reach before he catches up to you again and simply keep moving to the right. Strike your way through the right-hand door.
Mono Tones
My, what a curious song you play!
You will see a large piano during the school chapter. To get the piano to make noise, hop up onto the keys and move around or hop up and down for a short while.
School Kids
Nothing of us remains at the school
Getting all of the six glitching remnants from chapter two earns you this trophy. It's best to pay attention to these because you can get one if you miss it by using chapter select, but you'll have to play the chapter through to the point where the glitching is still present.
True Colours
You never know when you need protection from the elements
There is a raincoat on the ground near the end of the school chapter. It will be picked up and put on by your friend who has been with you for the majority of the game.

Best days of our short, terrible life
Your reward for finishing the game's second chapter. The focus of this chapter is investigating a spooky school.
Hunger
Plenty of snacks for a growing boy
Early throughout the hospital chapter, yo can find a vending machine. You can grab a lever, and every time you do, something will emerge from the machine. Pull the lever six times.
X Best Friends
I see through you...
You'll encounter a big x-ray machine in the hospital. You can see your skeleton by turning it on and playing around behind it. You should bring your friend along. You will hold hands like skeletons and pop this trophy if you use close to them.
Half hat
It would be cliché to collect them all
Throughout the game, a number of hats are hidden. After you've gathered half of them, you'll receive this trophy.
Toys Are For Kids
There, you'll be much warmer now
You must burn a stuffed animal to extract a key that is inside of it as part of the hospital chapter. You will receive this trophy if you wear the teddy bear hat before you do so. The hat is located in the same room as the stuffed animal, on a shelf.
...And Stay Dead!
Better to be safe than sorry
In the hospital chapter, a disembodied hand will pursue you. You can only run at first, but eventually you'll come across a sledgehammer. The hand will be dead after a few hits. Hit it again after a few seconds of waiting.
Popcorn
Movie night on the ward - all taken care of!
To open a doorway in the hospital level, you will need to retrieve a glowing fuse. There is a corn cob on the floor in the next room. Run it down to the incinerator after picking it up. Light the incinerator after throwing it in. Then get in there and see what happened.
Objection
Some holes are more picky than others
There is a dirty toilet in the hospital chapter. It's difficult to overlook. There's a piece of cheese on the floor right next to the bed. Take it with you and grab it. You can see that the hallway is blocked off and barred in the background when you enter through the door on the left. You can pass through the broken bars behind the open door, though. There is a nearly invisible opening about halfway down the hall. Going through there you should find yourself in a secret room with a hole in the floor. Get this trophy by throwing the cheese down the hole.
Sick Kids

Medicine ball
Any other last requests?
You will have to flee from some enemies and enter a room with an electric chair in the hospital chapter. The adversaries will be attempting to grab you by reaching through the boards. A ball is lying on the floor close to the electric chair. Gather it up, carry it to the hands, and toss it to them.
First do no harm
It's crueller to let him live
A crazy doctor will be chasing you toward the end of the hospital chapter, and if you can elude him long enough, you can trap him inside a large incinerator. DO NOT burn him alive in order to receive this trophy.

Are you sure you don't need any further... treatments?
Your reward for finishing the game's third chapter. The focus of this chapter is investigating a haunted hospital.
Pale Kids

Gathering all four glitching remnants in chapter Four earns you this trophy. It's best to pay attention to these because you can get one if you miss it by using chapter select, but you'll have to play the chapter through to the point where the glitching is still present.
No More Remains
Nothing of us remains anywhere. Bravo!
Getting all 18 of the game's glitching remains will earn you this trophy. It's no problem if you miss some along the way. Using chapter select, you will be able to go back and gather the ones you are missing.
Unladylike
Hello, have we met?
In the chapter Pale City, you will go through a window and ride down a zipline. When you get up, turn around and climb out the window rather than continuing forward. Climb inside the adjacent window, pick up the geisha statue on the floor, and then toss it to shatter it.
Post Industrial
You punctuated someone's day. Maybe they'll notice!
You must locate the postal worker hat in the Pale City chapter. Later on in the level, you will have to jump up and down on a mail bag that has clogged the mail chute. After falling down, you will find yourself in a room full of mail. There's a suitcase on the right. Only when you try to open this suitcase while wearing the postal worker's hat, it will open. When you open it, a package is inside. Go into the next room after picking up the package. There is a door with a mail slot on the far left. When you approach it, an animation ought to start, and your character will finish the delivery.
Paled
Life in the big city is all over
Your reward for finishing the game's fourth chapter. The focus of this chapter is touring a run-down city.
Far Ahead
Hats are very important to some people
The game hides a hat or two in each chapter. Once you have all of them, you will receive this trophy. The menu shows two additional hats. One can be found in the DLC chapter, while the other is a pre-order bonus. Both of those are not required.
Signal interruption
It's all over now
Your reward for finishing the game's last chapter. The signal tower is the main focus of this chapter. You will also get a hat for "Far Ahead" when you finish the game.
In The Palm Of My Hand
Hold tight and we'll be just fine
Pressing while standing close to your partner will allow you to take their hand. This will help you guide them. After you have held their hand for a total of six minutes, this trophy will pop.
Twenty-Six
Relax, she heard you!
You can call your companion over to you by pressing while they are with you. As the name suggests, you must call her 26 times during the game.
How Do I Look?

As a reward for finishing the game, you receive a hat. To get this trophy, you must equip that hat after reentering the game using chapter select.
