Step 1 - Learn the Basics

In the first step we play through the tutorial and learn the controls of the game. In this process we'll earn two trophies.

A different Strategy

Use a Skill for the first time

Using a skill is part of the tutorial. So if you don't skip the tutorial this will be your very first trophy of this game.

We’ll be prompted to complete the tutorial when we first launch the game, but if we skip it, we can access it again from the main menu. Completing it unlocks this trophy.

Step 2 - Local Multiplayer / Split-Screen

To get every trophy of this part, we need 4 controllers or 3 + 1 using remote play. Winning this race while playing on a track where Giganto appears can unlock a total of 4 trophies in this step.

We just need to bump into Giganto on any track. This can be done on either Gigantos Rock, Jungle Tour or Slalom on the River

Dino Friends

Win a 4 player split-screen race

"Winning" means finishing on the podium in this case.

Challenger

Win a race in split-screen

"Winning" means finishing on the podium in this case. It should unlock together with Dino Friends unless you play a split-screen race with just two controllers.

First Victory

Win the first race in single player

For this trophy "Win" means exactly that. Therefore it should pop if you manage to win the 4 player split-screen race. If not you'll earn it after the first race of Adventure mode.

Step 3 - Savannah Cup

The Savannah Cup is the first of three championships and at this point the only accessible one for us. Make sure to drift a lot and use boost pads as they are tied to a trophy. Winning the cup unlocks Rugo. All races can be completed on the easiest difficulty.

We’ll likely earn this in our first race. Just keep drifting like you did for True racer.

Win The first race in adventure

This trophy pops if we finish in the Top 3. However winning every race by finishing 1st is pivotal for Unbeatable.

Find a shortcut

There are many shortcuts or alternative routes in the game. The first one is on Canyon Rush, the second track in Savannah Cup and it is practically unmissable.

Master

Use all skills

The game features 8 different power-ups/skills. To earn this trophy we need to use all of them at least once. For the last three skills of the list below I'd recommend to fall behind at the start and try to get some of those during the first lap before you work on winning the race.

Step on a boost pad 30 time

It's harder to miss this trophy than it is to unlock it. Boost pads are marked with huge red and yellow arrows and they are everywhere. If it doesn't unlock during the first cup it pretty much will during the second one.

Complete the Savannah Cup in Adventure

We just need to win all 5 races of the first cup to earn this one.

Step 4 - Jungle Cup

The Jungle Cup is the second of three championships. Keep drifting to work on Drift over Cretacia and keep winning all the races. Winning the cup unlocks Cror and Totor. All races can be completed on the easiest difficulty.

If you followed all the steps of this guide, you'll unlock this trophy in the fourth race of the Jungle Cup. If you didn't do the split-screen race until this point, you'll unlock it together with Jungle's journey.

We just need to win all 5 races of the second cup to earn this one.

Step 5 - Mt. Oblivion Cup

The Mt. Oblivion Cup is the final championship. Keep drifting to work on Drift over Cretacia if you don't have it at this point and keep winning all the races. Winning the cup automatically unlocks Explorer and Collector. All races can be completed on the easiest difficulty.

Accumulate 10 minutes of total drift

This should unlock towards the end of Jungle cup or during the Mt. Oblivion Cup. Drifting is essential to get speed boosts. Therefore it should pop naturally. If you don't have it by the end of the final championship, don't worry there are a few more race to go until the platinum unlocks.

Complete the Mount Oblivion Cup in Adventure

We just need to win all 5 races of the third and final cup to earn this one.

Unlock all tracks

Pops automatically after winning all 3 cups.

Among the best

Win all the adventure races in third position or better

Unlocks automatically on the way to Unbeatable.

Unbeatable

Win all the adventure races in first position

This is the hardest trophy of the game. We need to win all 15 cup races to earn it. It can be done on the easiest difficulty which means it isn't hard at all.

Unlock all characters

Pops automatically after winning all 3 cups.

Step 6 - Single Races / Unlocking Skins

The final step towards our new platinum consists of 23 or 24 quick races. 23 if you already won the split-screen race. Every third win unlocks a new skin and we have to unlock a total of 8. The only other trophy that probably hasn't popped until this point is Like a pterodactyl.

Fly for 5 minutes totally

We get the most airtime on the final tracks of each cup. Just pick the one you like the most and start the grind for new skins there until the trophy pops. 3-4 races on one of them should be sufficient.

Stylish

Unlock all vehicle's skins

This is the most time consuming trophy of the game. There are 8 skins to unlock. We earn a new skin every 3 race wins in Single Race mode. This means we’ll need to win 24 races total. To make it more efficient, we can set up a 10-race playlist and repeat it once more if this is the only missing trophy. All of this can be done on easy difficulty. The fastest tracks with a total time below 1:50:000 are Gigantos Rock, Jungle Sprint and Tropical Lake Tour.
