Choose Exit DDLC from the Doki Doki Literature Club main menu, and then select No in the following popup.
Perfect! Sayori
Write a perfect poem for Sayori.
You have to choose 20 words that Sayori likes for the poem writing minigame (none of which are preferred by Yuri or Natsuki). Sayori's preferred words are a blend of joy and sorrow. Act 1 is where this needs to be done. Below is a list of her favorite words:

Write a perfect poem for Natsuki.
You have to choose 20 words that Natsuki likes (and none that Yuri or Sayori like) for the poem writing minigame. The majority of Natuki's preferred words are adorable and childlike. Act 1 is where this needs to be done. Below is a list of her favorite words:

Spend enough time during the poem minigame for the music to loop.
Before completing the poem minigame, spend about four minutes in it.
Perfect! Yuri
Write a perfect poem for Yuri.
You have to choose 20 words that Yuri likes for the poem writing minigame (none of which Sayori or Natsuki like). The majority of Yuri's preferred words are profound and poetic. Act 1 is where this needs to be done. Below is a list of her favorite words:

When you begin Act 2, this trophy will be unlocked automatically.
Any% WR attempts
Write a poem in 20 seconds or less.
Click the 20 words as quickly as you can to finish any poem minigame in less than 20 seconds. Any poem can be used for this, but Monika's poem from Act 3 is the best fit because Monika loves every word that can be chosen, allowing you to spam 20 times to win the trophy.
Perfect! Monika
Write a perfect poem for Monika.
You will write Monika a poem in Act 3, but she will instantly adore it no matter what words you use. It's a good idea to combine that with Any% WR attempts
She will never be real
Listen to a lot of what Monika has to say.
Shortly after you wrote a poem for Monika, she will engage in small talk every thirty seconds or so as the game loops. During the time between her digressions, you will be powerless to take any action. You can activate Auto to speed up this trophy a little bit. For the trophy, you must sit through fifteen of Monika's chats. It takes about fifteen minutes.
Ruin everything
Ruin the game.
This one unlocks automatically as part of the story in Act 3.

After viewing the unskippable end credits of the bad ending, you can unlock this trophy.

Spend 20 minutes listening to music on the desktop.
You can earn this trophy at any time, even at the beginning of the game. To listen to any mix of songs for a total of 20 minutes, click on Music on the Desktop and hit play. Note that in order to unlock a new version called Candy Heartz (feat Jason Hayes), you will need to listen to Candy Hearts (feat. Jason Hayes) three times as part of Breakthrough.

Your desktop wallpaper could not be changed due to an administrative policy restriction on this computer. For more information, contact your system administrator.
To use any unlocked image as desktop wallpaper, click on it with and then press .
Stonks
Review Paula's project plan.
On the desktop, locate the project plan.txt file by selecting Files > internal > 2 > 2 > 1. Opening that file will earn you the trophy, but only if the time on your PlayStation console is set to 2:40 am or 2:40 pm (14:40). On a PlayStation 5, select System > Date and Time > Set Date and Time from the Settings menu on the home screen. Select Manually and set it to either 14:40 or 02:40. Now go back to the game and open project plan.txt.
2-Stocked
Delete Monika twice while getting deleted zero times.
Act 4 grants you permission to use the reset.sh file, which will reset your story progress. Only during Act 3 or right after a reset with that file can you remove Monika's character. This trophy will unlock automatically during the second playthrough, and you will also need to remove her file following right after a reset to unlock a Sketch.
Dan says hi
Find Dan's special note.
After the "good" ending's credits have rolled, you can read a letter from the game's creator, Dan Salvato, to unlock this trophy. You must collect all ten of the specific CGs in a single playthrough in order to unlock this ending. Please refer to the video above the guide.
Friendship and Literature
Finish all of the Side Stories.
The Desktop's Side Stories tab is where you can access side stories. None of the seven side stories are unlocked at the beginning of the game, but they must be played in order to obtain this trophy. Gaining Dan says hi will grant you access to the first six side stories, so you won't have to make an extra effort to get them. After finishing the first six side stories, you'll unlock the seventh and last one.
Breakthrough
Achieve 100% data collection.
The Desktop's Settings tab allows you to view your current progress toward 100%. At 100%, the trophy won't pop automatically. A new side story called TEST VM will be accessible from the Desktop's Side Stories tab after you have completed 100% of the data (view your progress on the Settings tab). To get the final trophy, run this.
