Step 1 - Head-Only Playthrough
During our first playthorugh we only make Head decisions, keep everyone alive and collect as many secrets &
pictures as possible.
So Much Death
Completed the prologue
Story-related. This trophy is automatically unlocked once we complete the chapter
"Family". The outcome does not depend on any choices, as the chapter mainly serves as the game’s
tutorial.
Compassionate Soul
Compassionate was one of top two traits for Andrew
We must consistently choose positive and understanding
responses for Andrew throughout the game. This will develop his "compassionate" trait, which is
essential for this trophy.
- From the beginning, select dialogue options that show kindness and empathy during all character
interactions.
- Continue prioritizing compassionate choices until the chapter "The Crossing."
The trophy should unlock after helping Angela at the bridge.
On A Roll
Completed 5 combat events in succession
This trophy requires us to successfully complete five consecutive QTEs during fights
with one or more demons. Our progress carries over from chapter to chapter so it doesn't have to happen
in a single fight. A reliable opportunity is in the chapter "Heavy Burden", given Angela is still
alive. This section alone contains more than five QTEs in sequence.
Rational Mind
Rational was one of top two traits for John
We need to have John consistently make logical,
reasoning-based decisions. These are typically Head choices, therefore it's recommended to combine it
with
Considered Opinion. Below are 3 key decisions we need to make:
- During "Off Track" ensure Andrew obtains and keeps the gun.
- In "Troubled History" do not interact with the poppet display as Andrew. Avoiding it prevents
John from making an illogical decision.
- During "Low Point" when Andrew aims at an approaching figure, choose for John to say "Wait for
a clear shot."
Reload the chapter after the last decision to work on
All Together Now from there.
All Together Now
Andrew has a good relationship with all characters
Unlike other relationship trophies that require maximum relationships, this trophy
is earned by keeping Andrew’s relationship with the other four characters above half. We can monitor
relationship levels when playing as Andrew. Following these steps usually ensures that the trophy
unlocks
during a "Considered Opinion" playthrough.
- Confrontation - Have Angela say "I'm with Andrew."
- Off Track - Help Andrew find the gun by succeeding in the Keep Calm QTE, but do
not
tell Angela about it.
- After the gun event, when John asks what happened, respond "That was crazy back there" and "It
was big and scary!"
- Low Point - As Andrew takes out his gun in front of an approaching figure, have
John say "Put that away" to avoid killing Angela and losing the gun.
- During Daniel and Taylor’s demon attack, save Daniel and complete all QTEs, including shooting
both demons.
Free Spirit
Saved Taylor
Unlocks automatically while going for Salvation. Please refer to this trophy.
Our Own Demons
Defeated Taylor's demons
After Daniel and Taylor survive the demon attacks during "Ruined", they regroup at
Joseph’s house.
After talking with Abraham, Taylor sits on some rocks and Daniel approaches her for a conversation.
- When Taylor’s demon returns and drags her away, follow the sound as Daniel and complete all QTEs
for Taylor’s defense.
- When Daniel reaches Taylor to help her, choose the HEROIC option: "Leave me."
This triggers Taylor to fight back, giving two more QTEs, and causes
the trophy to unlock after they escape.
Dirty Little Secrets
Found all witchcraft secrets
Out of the 50 total secrets in Little Hope, 25 are witchcraft secrets. Please take a

Saved Daniel
Unlocks automatically while going for Salvation. Please refer to this trophy.

Saved Angela
Unlocks automatically while going for Salvation. Please refer to this trophy.
Deeper Understanding
Understanding was one of top two traits for Angela
Understanding must become one of Angela’s highest traits.
This can be difficult, as we need to make use of nearly all optional dialogues while avoiding
confrontational responses. The safest approach is to stay close to John and Andrew, since Angela
receives more opportunities to act kindly toward them. In most cases, the trophy unlocks late in
the story, often after we choose "Hurry!" during John's fight outside.
Keep an eye out for a very helpful optional dialogue, just before the broken bridge section, at the
overlook
with Andrew.
Heavy Burden

Strength From Within
Saved Andrew
Unlocks automatically while going for Salvation. Please refer to this trophy.
Forgiveness
Saved Mary
While we are in the museum with either group, we need to inspect the bible on the
table. Opening it reveals ominous symbols and writings, which count as critical evidence. Collecting
this will later allow us, during the courthouse sequence, to accuse Carver with proof. By presenting
this evidence, Mary can be saved.
Salvation
Everyone was saved
All five playable characters must survive until the end of
the game for this trophy. We must succeed in the majority of QTEs during demon encounters, and we also
need to make
several key story decisions as follows:
- The Crossing - When the Drowned demon approaches Angela and John, choose to have Andrew
save Angela. Angela must also accept Andrew’s help.
- Off Track - During the Keep Calm section inside the shack, succeed. In
the back room, Andrew has to find a guna and take it. When Andrew speaks with Angela afterward,
reply
with "Let's catch up with John".
- Low Point - If Andrew has the gun, he may draw it against what looks like a demon. Have
John say
"Put that away" to prevent Angela’s accidental death.
- Reflections - When Daniel is trying to save Taylor from the Hanged/Burned demon, have
Taylor say "Get out of here!"
- Ruined - When Andrew is pulling Daniel up from the Impaled demon, have Daniel say "Go!"
- Heavy Burden -
- Outside the ruined house, when John grabs the sledgehammer, Angela should say "Please
hurry!".
- Inside the house, when John holds the door against the Crushed demon, choose "Leave me
and go!".
- Full Circle - When Andrew speaks with Abraham during Mary’s trial vision, choose "Carver
is evil!" and then "You have to stop Carver".
Considered Opinion
Chose all of the Head decisions
For this we must always choose Head options. Every dialogue choice is marked with
either a brain (Head) or a heart (Heart).
To stay eligible, we need to select Head options whenever possible. If two Heart options appear remain
silent or let
the timer expire to be safe. When presented with two Head options,
either one is valid.
Full Circle
Completed the Solo Story
Story-related. Unlocks after completing the story once as a Solo Story.
Step 2 - Heart-Only Playthrough (Movie Night)
For our second full playthrough of the story we need to ensure that only make Heart decisions and let
everybody die at the ruined house.
Headstrong Heroine
Headstrong was one of top two traits for Taylor
We need Taylor’s top trait to become "headstrong". This means
consistently having her insist that she is right, even when evidence suggests otherwise. We should
regularly select argumentative interactions for Taylor, most of which appear as Heart decisions. A
straightforward method is to complete a run by always choosing Heart options. During this playthrough,
Taylor will naturally lean toward the headstrong trait. One key moment occurs in the chapter "Pursued"
when Taylor and Daniel encounter a tire swing. Taylor insists
it belonged to her as a child. When Daniel suggests it is just a coincidence, we must reply with "Listen
to me!" to strengthen her stubborn nature.
Fate Worse Than Death
Andrew was saved from himself
We must ensure that Andrew is the only survivor and that he
has the gun. Reaching this condition causes Andrew to attempt suicide at the end of the game. If we
are on a heart-only playthrough we should naturally unlock this trophy during that
playthrough.
- All characters except Andrew must die before the ending.
- Andrew must obtain the gun earlier in the story.
- If these conditions are met, Andrew will attempt to kill himself in "The End", unlocking the
trophy.
No Escaping Fate
Everyone died at the ruined house
Only John, Angela, Taylor, and
Daniel need to die at the ruined house. To achieve this, we must keep everybody alive until that point
and
then use one of two possible methods. In a Heart-only playthrough, Angela will die outside the ruined
house in "Heavy
Burden" after refusing to wait for John. That counts towards this trophy. Everybody else should make it
into the house. As soon as they get attacked by their demons we must fail all QTEs.
Instinctive Reaction
Chose all of the Heart decisions
For this we must always choose Heart options. Every dialogue choice is marked
with
either a brain (Head) or a heart (Heart).
To stay eligible, we need to select Heart options whenever possible. If two Head options appear
remain
silent or let
the timer expire to be safe. When presented with two Heart options,
either one is valid.
Coven of Witches
Finished Movie Night
Movie Night is a mode found under the Don't Play Alone option in the main menu.
The
mode is designed for up to 5 players, where we pass a single controller around so each person
manages
specific characters. However, it is also possible to complete this mode solo by handling all
characters
ourselves. The trophy unlocks automatically once we finish the game in Movie Night.
Step 3 - Cleanup
To mop up the remaining trophies you we can go back to our Head-only playthrough and restart from the chapter
"Confrontation". Create a new save from there in case something goes wrong.
Amiable Character
Amiable was one of top two traits for Daniel
We need Daniel to consistently act in a friendly and supportive manner. If we focus
on selecting positive dialogue options during his interactions, one of his top traits will become
amiable. The final decision that should secure this trophy comes in "Troubled History". When speaking
to Taylor, Daniel must say "Sorry, I tried to stay with you".
Solid As a Rock
Maximized Daniel and Taylor's Relationship
We need to maximize the relationship bar between Daniel and
Taylor. The relationship status can be checked by pressing

when playing as one of them.
Since Daniel and Taylor spend most of the game together, it is relatively simple to build their
relationship. We should consistently choose options where they act kindly toward each other, with
supportive, understanding, or occasionally flirty responses.
In "Pursued" they are chased by a demon, but neither character can die. That means we can deliberately
fail all available QTEs as
Taylor, then have Daniel go back and rescue her. This provides a major boost to their bond and is a
reliable way to secure the trophy.
The Odd Couple
Maximized Angela and John's Relationship
This trophy depends on building and maintaining John and Angela’s relationship at
the highest possible level. To succeed, we must make every available positive choice that raises their
bond, while avoiding a single negative interaction. It's very important that we let Tylor and Daniel die
in "Low Point".
- Confrontation -
- When John prepares to approach the girl on the bridge, have Angela say "Be Careful".
- When Andrew questions if it was a good idea, respond with "He's doing the right thing".
- When the group decides to split up, have Angela side with Andrew.
- The Crossing -
- When the group reaches the collapsed bridge, agree to let John go across first.
- As Angela shows nerves, have John say "We'll get you across".
- When Angela asks John and Andrew what they saw, John must remain silent to avoid losing
points.
- Ensure Angela survives the Drowned demon encounter.
- Low Point -
- If Andrew has the gun from "Off Track", when a shadowy figure approaches and he
aims at it, have John say "Put that away" to prevent him from shooting Angela.
- Heavy Burden -
- When John declares he’s tired of running, Angela should say "Please hurry".
- Succeed in all following QTEs.
- During the fight, win the QTE where Angela strikes the Crushed demon.
The trophy should unlock immediately after Angela successfully hits the Crushed demon.
That Dream is Your Enemy
No-one survived
When you're going for Odd Couple, Taylor and Daniel should already be dealt with in
"Low Point". That leaves just three characters we need to get killed. With Angela and John we have to
fail all QTEs in "Heavy Burden" to let them die. But killing Andrew requires that he obtains and keeps the gun, and that Vince does not call
the police.
- Off Track -
- Clear the Keep Calm segment in the shack so Andrew can find the gun in the back room.
- Make sure Andrew takes and keeps the gun.
- Surrounded -
- When the demon appears behind Vince, do not shoot.
- When Vince demands to be let inside, choose:
- "I'm sorry but we can't let you in"
- "What do you mean?"
- "I don't know what to do next"
This prevents Vince from calling the police.
- Heavy Burden -
- When John takes the sledgehammer to fight back and Angela sees the Drowned demon, have
her say "I'm not waiting for you".
- Inside the ruined house, when John bars the door, choose "Help me!" so he dies to the
Crushed demon.
- Full Circle -
- When Andrew sees Mary accused of witchcraft and Abraham asks for guidance, respond:
- "There's something wrong in this town"
- "The kid has to pay"
- After Andrew leaves, any surviving characters besides him are killed by their demons
inside the house.
- The End -
- Because Andrew has the gun, is the last survivor and he condemned Mary, he will take it out and shoot
himself, unlocking the trophy.
